Shielding Session (25–35 min) — practical training: quick check-in, tailored shield, and closing phrases.
1) Grounding — fast reset
The body leads the field. Use 60–120 seconds before dense situations.
- Posture: feet even, soft knees, shoulders down; tongue on palate.
- Breath 4–4–6: inhale 4 • hold 4 • exhale 6. After 6 cycles you’ll feel the drop.
- Image: on exhale your weight runs down to the feet; on inhale the chest gets lighter.
- Phrase: “What’s mine is mine. Everything else returns to earth and light.”
2) Salt — how to “charge” and use it
Simple and reliable carrier for intention and drying excess static.
- Charge: three breaths over the salt, then softly: “You absorb what’s not mine; what’s mine remains.”
- Shower/bath: a handful in the water; long exhale as if rinsing noise away.
- Room corners: a pinch in four corners; vacuum after 24h; air the room for 10 minutes.
- Hand micro-ritual: drop of water + salt, rub palms, shake into the sink.
3) Closing cords
Done from care, not hostility; best after a short meditative pause.
- See a symbol of the tie (string near the solar plexus). Breathe calmly.
- Phrase: “Thank you for what was. I return what’s yours. I come back to myself.”
- Gesture: cut the air gently with hand/scissors; shake hands afterwards.
- Seal: touch sternum and say “Here and now. I’m home in myself.”
4) Protective bubble — three layers
- Body layer: feel the outline of your skin like soft armor.
- Light layer: oval shell 30–40 cm from the body (violet/gold). Semi-permeable: help in, noise out.
- Intention layer: “What helps may pass; the rest has no access.”
5) Cutting off entities / sticky impressions
- Check: “Is this mine?” If not — breathe to the feet and shake hands.
- Command: “I don’t consent. You return to source light. Now.”
- Physical close: cold water on wrists, salt on hands, window open for 3 minutes.
- If it returns: repeat and consider a Shielding Session to set a stronger seal.
6) Cleaning with your own energy
- Hands over chest, circular sweep downward; exhale: “I release tension to earth.”
- Inhale through nose to the heart, long exhale through mouth like a soft “mist”.
- Final seal: touch brow, heart, navel — “Clarity • Courage • Calm”.
