We don’t perform stage “magic.” Our sessions are a gentle, collaborative ascent into clearer awareness. You remain awake, aware and in control the whole time.
How do I book and choose a time?
Add your service to the cart and confirm payment. You’ll then choose preferred session windows.
After payment and choosing session windows you’ll get a confirmation (or suggested changes).
Which service should I pick if I’m not sure?
Start with a Free Discovery Call or the New Client Intro Consultation. We’ll clarify your goal
and suggest the most helpful service (Profile, Energy, Reading, or Regression).
Do you work online, offline, or by form?
Most services are available online (video), some have results online or interview + results,
and a few are available offline/in-person when indicated. Check chips on each card for mode options.
How much does it cost? What is “angel-number pricing”?
Prices follow symbolic angel numbers (e.g., 55, 144, 333). They are minimal guiding figures; the final quote
can vary slightly with energetic demand. Each card shows the current angel-aligned price.
How should I prepare?
Be hydrated, choose a quiet space, silence notifications, have water/tissues/blanket, and bring 1–3 intentions
or questions. For Energy/Regression work, avoid heavy meals and caffeine just before the session.
Can I combine multiple services in one booking?
Yes—add them to your cart. We’ll schedule multiple time blocks and make sure the order supports your goal
(e.g., consult → energy → profile → integration).
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your intention. Many people feel a clear shift after one session; for complex themes we often
plan a short series (3–4). We’ll propose a minimal, focused plan rather than open-ended work.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes—life happens. Please give at least 24h notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the slot;
we’ll always try to offer an alternative. Details are in your confirmation email.
Do you offer refunds?
Sessions are time-based; refunds are limited once a slot is reserved. If something truly misfires,
we’ll make it right with a reschedule or partial credit—fair and human first.
How do tips work?
Tips are optional and apply to services only (not shop items). You can set the tip in the cart drawer;
it’s automatically applied to the service subtotal.
Can I record the session?
For online sessions: yes, on request. We can record audio or video provided it’s for your personal use.
For sensitive work we may recommend audio only. We don’t share recordings publicly without written consent (we won’t ask).
Is this therapeutic? Do you diagnose or treat conditions?
This is not medical or psychological treatment. We don’t diagnose, prescribe, or replace therapy.
We offer spiritual/energetic support and skills that complement other care. If you’re in crisis, contact your
local emergency services or a licensed professional first.
I have anxiety/trauma. Is it safe?
We work gently, with consent and pacing. You can pause or stop anytime. If you have an active diagnosis or
ongoing treatment, please inform us so we can adapt safely—and coordinate with your clinician if needed (with your consent).
What if I’m not “visual” or nothing shows up?
Totally fine. Information can arrive as feelings, sensations, words, or simple knowing.
We work with whatever arises; there’s no wrong way to experience this work.
What are Profiles & Regression exactly?
Profiles are structured readings about essence/gifts/patterns (often with a form + results call).
Regression (past-life / LBL) is a guided inner journey for context and integration; it typically requires a prior consultation.
What is “energy work” here?
Practical tools to stabilize your system: breath, attention, imagery, gentle somatics, and ritual elements.
Clients report warmth, tingling, spaciousness, emotional release, or calm clarity. Subtle is still real.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Sometimes, depending on location and availability. Services marked with the offline chip can be arranged
in person. Message us via Contact for dates and venue details.
Can minors work with you?
We work with adults. For teens (16–17) we may consider select services with written guardian consent
and a brief three-way pre-call. No regression for minors.
What languages do you support?
English and Polish. If you’re bilingual, choose the language that feels most natural for inner work.
Will you predict my future or tell me what to do?
We don’t do determinism. Readings reveal motifs, options, and timing tendencies to support your choice.
Agency stays with you; our role is clarity and skill, not control.
What if I get emotional?
That’s okay. We’ll slow down, ground, and integrate. You choose the depth and pace; we’ll never push through overwhelm.
Integration steps are always included at the end of a session.
Can I bring a partner/friend to a session?
For most services we work one-to-one to protect privacy and depth. Couples or joint sessions are possible in specific
formats—ask first so we can set it up properly.
Do you keep notes? Is my data private?
We keep minimal notes for continuity and scheduling only. Your information stays confidential and is never sold.
You can request deletion of your data (subject to legal/financial record duties).
Payment methods and currencies?
We accept major cards and common online methods in USD; local currency equivalents may be shown for reference.
Angel-number prices anchor the USD amount. If you need a custom invoice, contact us.
Do you offer packages, sliding scale, or gift cards?
Occasionally we offer bundles or sliding-scale spots (limited). Gift cards are available on request.
Ask during your discovery call for current options.
What if I fall asleep?
It happens. If we notice your responses slowing, we’ll re-orient or use a lighter protocol.
Even then, your system can still process; we just ensure you finish grounded and clear.
Is touch involved?
Only for specific in-person deepeners and only with explicit consent. Online sessions are no-touch.
You can decline touch at any time—no impact on results.
